  The cold forming building is the worst. You would think being that it is connected to The H.R. building it would be more professional in it's management. Good pay but not a good place to work. The owner seems like a really nice guy. I don't think he really has a clue of what goes on in the building as he walks threw people scatter to get back to work. The hard workers are mistreated. In the time I was there I seen nothing but a lot of people standing around and talking as the production numbers are relatively low on each machine I ran. I was surprised at some of the numbers I put out on machines that they would keep other people around. There is a handful of good workers there. I noticed people much rather gossip than work. Alot are fairly nosy. Don't bother bringing anything to your boss about the way your being treated on the floor they will just fire you. If you get a job here make sure it's in a separate building. I Know people in other buildings who enjoy there job and there boss. There is absolutely no training in the cold forming building so don't apply if you know nothing. They will treat you like your stupid. In reality you don't Know the job. They will hire you anyway out of ignorance. The most intelligent one there is no longer the boss and sets up all the machines. They say he's a jerk but to me he's the best to learn from. I decided to give it a try there as the owner seems like a nice guy and a family man. He wants best for his business and employes but I think management makes it impossible. I have a good idea where some overtime comes from. It's employes they keep around that are useless. Another scary thing is these new machines are reset after so many hours without proper maintenance. They will run them to the ground and expect you to run parts on a broken machine. Just an out right horrible place to work. They have one lady on the floor that is very disrespectful and not helpful at all she picks and chooses who she likes and that's who gets to keep there job or you shut up and deal with the mistreatment. It's ashame all the people that are stealing from the company as far as there work ethic. Good luck!!! I made it longer than people said I would. Bottom line don't bring anything to the table about your mistreatment just bite your tongue and look elsewhere for work.
